MEET BISHOP TAIWO AKINOLA
Bishop Taiwo Akinola is the President / Founding Pastor-General of Rhema Christian Church & Tower Int’l, with headquarters in Otta, Nigeria and branches worldwide. An evangelist and a teacher, he is anointed for signs and wonders and he ministers in seminars, conferences and churches across the globe. He was born-again and found New Life in Christ on 4th April, 1977 and has since been engaging grace to make full proof of his ministry to the greater glory of God.
An authoritative bible teacher, Bishop Taiwo Akinola carries a burden to reach the ‘unreached’ anywhere they are found through power evangelism in order honor our Redeemer and Saviour Jesus Christ, to extend the coast of His kingdom and to make the world a better place to live in. He also has a ministry to the body of Christ to teach in order to establish good and godly live as well as health and wealth in the destinies of his audience. He is the Convener of a ministerial association called the Christ Global Network, which aims at focusing ministries for timeless impacts both now and in successive generations.
He is author of many inspiring titles in Christian literature, some of which have become recommended texts in some Bible Schools in Nigeria and in mainland Europe. His weekly television program (Freedom Across the Airwaves) has also been of tremendous blessings to many testifiers.
An electrical engineer by profession, Bishop Akinola lectured in Polytechnics for about 14 years before answering the sweet the call of God to raise and nurture glorious assemblies of Jesus’ People - Rhema Christian Church – worldwide, of which he is the current Presiding Bishop. By the matchless grace of God, he is happily married to Ireti and they are blessed with four gifted children – Opeyemi, OluwaJoba, TiwalOluwa and JayeOluwa.
