Christ Global Network (CGN) is a communal fellowship of ministers of the gospel of Jesus Christ which meets together regularly to renew strength through the word of God and prayers for global impact and end time harvest.

 

Our monthly meeting is always a time of refreshing in the presence of God as we hear His mind from God’s servant the presiding Bishop for renewed direction in ministry.

 

According to God’s servant, Bishop (Dr.) Taiwo Akinola, Christ Global Network (CGN) started as a special burden in his heart in the year 1994 which prompted a promise to God on his part. And this promise eventually graduated into a divine assignment that signaled the commencement of CGN in January 1998.

 

The promise he made to God was that if God would lift him, he would also in turn help in the lifting of the upcoming generations of ministers of God. This has become a reality and has been proven for many years now as we run with the assignment with many testimonies following.

 

The fellowship of CGN holds every 1st MONDAY of the month by 11.00am.

SEVEN-FOLD OBJECTIVES OF CHRIST GLOBAL NETWORK

  • To uphold Christ’s teaching on the nature of ministry and to promote its wider understanding.
  • To encourage gospel ministers to plant and nurture churches in the dignity of faith and life of Jesus Christ.
  • To maintain a world wide fellowship of ministers united in prayer, kingdom purpose and service.
  • To promote conditions favourable to church growth and to enhance the influence of gospel ministers.
  • To accelerate the move of God on a global scale through genuine networking and administration of the various gifts in the body of Christ.
  • To generate global impacts by way of inspiring of Jesus workers through teaching and miracle conferences in major cities of the world.
  • To assist/help those whose ministerial lives or callings have met with adversities or daunting challenges.
 OUR UNIQUENESS 

In Christ Global Network, we organize programmes that distinguish us among many others.

 
  • We organize specialized ministers’ seminar which sharpens the minister’s vision to accomplish more in their God-given assignments.
  • We organize press conferences to create gospel awareness in the mind of people and to inform the community of the gospel stands on pressing issues that affect the society in general.
  • We identify with ourselves by showing up in individual programmes such as convention, conference, anniversary, etc.
  • We conduct biblical ordination and consecration services for deserving members to release them into their specific ministries as bishops, apostles, prophets, pastors, evangelists etc. We also grant ministerial licenses to those who require same.
  • We are bonded with genuine love and not just political make-beliefs.
 

For effectiveness of membership in Christ Global Network, some units are fashioned out for each member to participate and to flow along. Some of these units are:

 PRAYER UNIT

This is a force in the network that intercedes for the fellowship programmes and her member churches around the world.

 MUSIC UNIT

This is a unit that handles the music arm of the network. This unit also organizes special musical concerts to minister the love of God and impact lives positively through heart-felt worship.

 VISITATION UNIT

This arm of the fellowship pays visit to committed members of the network to see to their wellbeing and to identify with members each time they are having special programmes in their various ministries.

 WELFARE UNIT

Welfare unit of this fellowship goes beyond looking after members’ spiritual wellness. But it also ensures that they keep personal contacts with members of the network and minister to them as occasions arise.

 MEDIA, PUBLICITY AND PUBLICATION UNIT

This arm of the fellowship takes charge of saturation publicity for both our regular and special events and it also co-ordinates our occasional press conferences to create gospel awareness in the community. The unit ensures any special useful and/or relevant ministerial information is well circulated among member (and sometimes to non-members also) in order to update gospel ministers in and out of the network.

 EVENT MANAGEMENT UNIT

This unit arranges for the venue of any special programme organize by the fellowship. They also ensure that the place is suitable for the programme and they make every necessary arrangement (both technical as well as other incidentals) before, during and even after the programme.

 EXTERNAL LIASON UNIT

This arm serves as the eye of the network outside as they relate with non-members – individuals and organizations alike. They also ensure they give necessary information about the network and defend the integrity as well as the heritage of the fellowship anytime and anywhere.

 REQUIREMENT FOR MEMBERSHIP
  • Our teaching conferences and some of our impartation services are open to all believers in Christ, especially workers in various churches.
  • Full membership of this network, however, is granted only to those in practical gospel ministry or, at least, to men and women who have genuine proof of a divine call into ministry.
  • Full members must register by filling a membership form (which is obtainable at network meetings) and must own an I.D. Card for identification in any part of the world.
